The Education committee of Goa Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GCCI) and Goa State Innovation Council (GSInC) jointly organized the Project Presentations by students of Engineering Colleges of Goa on 2nd March 2019 at Sanskriti Bhavan, Panjim. AITD won the Second Place for the most innovative project amongst the project groups from GEC, DBCE, PCCE and SRIET. 8 final year project groups were selected for the presentation. The project group that won the second prize was “Smart walking stick for the visibly impaired” teamed by Students of Final year Computer Engineering Dept of AITD comprising of Jesus Fernandes, Frank Dsouza, Neel Chari and Akash Hattargi guided by Prof. V. Pugazenthi.
