Laboratories
The Department has Chemistry and Physics laboratories established in the year 2012, which offers practical courses in chemistry and physics for undergraduate students of Engineering.
Chemistry laboratory is well equipped with all the required instruments for the lab activities. The Chemistry laboratory has acquired many advanced analytical equipment such as Analytical weighing balance, Conductometer, pH meter, Colorimeter, Redwood Viscometer, Ostwald Viscometer, Distillation Setup ,etc.
Physics laboratory is well equipped with all the required instruments for the lab activities. The Physics laboratory has acquired many advanced equipment such as IC Regulated Power Supply, e/m By Thomson’s Setup, Semiconductors, Planck’ s Constant Setup, Newton’s Ring Setup, Travelling Microscope, He-Ne Laser, Helmholtz Resonator , Photodiode Characteristic & Power Response Setup , B-H Curve Setup, etc.

Library
Basic Science and Humanities Department houses a rich collection of books related to Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Economics, Environmental & Social Sciences and Communication Skills .The availability of these books makes it easy for a faculty and a student to prepare for the subject.
Infrastructure
The department has three Lecture Halls which provide a space where teaching-learning can take place uninterrupted by outside distractions. Each lecture hall is well equipped with all the facilities like green board, LCD projectors, Smartboard, Wi-Fi, water cooler etc. In addition to this, department has physics and Chemistry laboratories for practical.
