Institute Innovation Council (IIC), Agnel Institute of Technology & Design-Assagao organized a Workshop on “Entrepreneurship skill, Attitude and Behaviour development” on April 1, 2022 by Ms. Mishkowa Mendes who is currently working as a Senior Counselor at the CII Model Career Centre, Goa. The workshop enlightened the students about the entrepreneurial skills and abilities required to become an entrepreneur.
The Guest Speaker discussed how entrepreneurs are lacking in building entrepreneurial skills and how entrepreneurs should really need to understand the problems in the society and then develop the products and services that solve the problem of the customers. Sometimes, people have a good idea but do not have the right skill set and abilities. Further, she discussed how entrepreneurs should need to identify knowledge from one domain and should try to implement it in another domain.
The workshop was attended by Third year students.
