The NSS programme aims to inculcate social welfare in our students, and to provide service to society without bias. NSS volunteers work to ensure that everyone who is needy gets help to enhance their standard of living and lead a life of dignity. AITD was granted permission to start an NSS unit in August 2015.The unit conducts various activities for the students. The activities include plantation of tress,  nature trek, cleanliness drives, awareness talks by experts.The NSS unit are also engaged in community services like distribution of food to old age home and orphanages.
