WORKSHOPS
In order to gain a good fundamental knowledge and hands-on experience of manufacturing process, a student joining the first year of engineering in any stream has to undergo a course on workshop practice. A workshop is a facility that enables students to learn about engineering materials, manufacturing practices, tools, equipments and safety-practices to be observed during manufacturing process.
Our college has two spacious workshops to enable students to learn and practice the foundation of the engineering degree programme.
Workshop-I
Workshop-I offers learning and hands-on practice of the following trades of workshop practice: Carpentry, Fitting, Sand-casting & moulding, Pattern making.
Workshop-II
Workshop-II offers learning and hands-on practice of the following trades of workshop practice: Machining, Forging, Welding, Plumbing.
