About
Administrative section plays a significant role in the managing all the operations of the college. This section is intended to provide satisfactory service to the students, parents and the faculty of the Institute. It involves various activities related to the staff as well as student community – like Student Admissions, Student Welfare, Public Relations Desk,Recruitment of staff & handling of their records and resolving the procedural matters related to the University, Directorate of Technical Education, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) etc.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Student Admission
- Maintenance of Student's record
- Processing applications of students for all types of Scholarships.
- Issue of various certificates to students.
- Update and maintain the statistical information students and staff.
- Recruitment of faculty as per AICTE / University norms
- Update and Maintain the staff service records
- Leave Management and service related matters.
- Inward and Outward of letters
- Correspondence with University/DTE/ AICTE etc.
