Agnel Institute of Technology and Design, Assagao, Goa organized a session on June 03, 2024, titled “Project Management” at the MBA Lecture Hall. The session was attended by First year MBA students of AITD. The session began on how Mr Ryan Carvalho, the speaker for the session, will go on about the session. Mr Ryan Carvalho divided the session into 2 part. The first Part he Explained about Project Management ,what is Project Management ,why it is important ,then he Started an activity with the students where the students had to identify what is a Project and what is an Operational activity from the given examples.
The objective of the talk was to provide valuable insights on Project Management ,How it is Important in the corperate world while working on a Project , and to know the different kind tools/software used.
