Institution Innovation Council in association with Basic Science & Humanities Department of Agnel Institute of Technology and Design (AITD) organized a workshop on August 16, 2023, titled ‘Entrepreneurship skill, Attitute & Behaviour Development’ in Multipurpose hall, AITD. The session was attended by First year students as part of the induction programme.
The session commenced with a warm welcome and introduction to the facilitator & his team from BNI-Goa Chapter, followed by a brief overview of the agenda. The facilitator Mr. Andre Shackleton, enlightened our students with immense knowledge on entrepreneurship by sharing his experiences and highlighting the varied skills and competencies required to be a successful entrepreneur. The speaker also threw light on how attitude and behaviour of a person affect their entrepreneurial development. He shared with the students that becoming an entrepreneur, it is an important career decision, and to plunge into this domain requires the right skill set, attitude and behaviour. He shared that having a positive and entrepreneurial attitude is essential to achieve success. He also added that to be a good entrepreneur, one must believe in his/her business idea, which will be essential to overcome obstacles and be proactive.
