Students Council ACCESS (Association for Confluence of Computer Engineering Students & Senators) of Computer Engineering Department, Agnel Institute of Technology and Design conducted a one-day seminar titled “Latest Trends in IT Industry” on 18th August 2023.
The resource person for the webinar was Mrs. Vaishali Amonker, Practice Head – Digital Innovation at Tangentia-Goa. The topics covered in the session the various sectors of the IT industry. Mrs. Vaishali explained the importance of the fluency of fundamentals of computer engineering. She discussed various case studies which gave an insight into the importance of having domain knowledge for a software engineer. The session concluded with a question-answer segment in which the students got an opportunity to interact with Mrs. Vaishali to discuss about the career opportunities in IT industry.
