Agnel Institute of Technology & Design held its Annual Day 2K23, on 09th of June 2023.
The distinguished members for the annual day were Rev. Fr. Agnelo Gomes, Director of Agnel Technical Education Complex, Rev. Fr. Isaac Fernandes, Assistant Director of Agnel Technical Education Complex ,Dr. V. Mariappan , Advisor, Agnel Institute of Technology & Design, Dr. J. William ,Principal , Prof. Laxmikant Bordekar , Registrar, Prof.Pramila Volvoikar & Prof Ashish Narvekar ,Annual day Incharges.
Upon the arrival of the Chief Guest, Rev.Fr. Agnelo Gomes and the Guest of Honour, Rev. Fr. Isaac Fernandes in the Multipurpose hall they were welcomed and escorted to dias by Annual day incharges, Prof. Pramila Volvoikar and Prof. Ashish Narvekar The Annual day began with the lighting of the lamp and
invocation prayer followed by a welcome song.
The Students welcomed the dignitaries by presenting blossoming bouquets of flowers to the dignitaries.
Prof. Pramila Volvoikar welcomed the gathering with a note saying such event is a must for appreciating and motivating students in all fields. During the function Rev. Fr. Agnelo Gomes talked about the various fields in which students should participate. He also motivated the students to excel in their field of interest.
Rev. Fr. Isaac Fernandes provided some insights into the education and also encourage the students for active participation. Our principal, Dr. J. William presented the college report highlighting the achievements done in the recent academic year and even encouraged the students with his warm and motivating words.
This was followed by E-launch of college magazine “Renaissance 8.0” in the hands of Chief Guest, Rev. Fr. Agnelo Gomes and felicitation and prize distribution to the students who excelled in different academic pursuits as well as in sports. After the felicitations of all the students there was a great musical performance by the students which was appreciated by one and all.
