The initial inter-higher secondary Yukti Championship, which was only open to students in the science stream, was organized by Agnel Institute of Technology and Design with the understanding that sports teach children the spirit of both losing and winning. They learn how to operate as a team to accomplish a goal as well. three competitions—Project Expo, Quiz, and Futsal—made up the championship. Father Agnelo

In the futsal competition, 16 higher secondary’s took part. DMC Higher Secondary won the competition. The Knock-out system was used to play the games. There were 6 participants in each team, plus 4 backups. Two referees had a difficult time judging who the victors and runners-up were in each match because they were all high-adrenaline battles. Every team member received a certificate of participation, and then Dr. J. William, the college’s officiating principal, and Prof. Laxmikant Bordekar, the registrar, presided over the prize distribution event. The winners received a trophy and a monetary award of 10,000. The event was successful overall.
