On 3rd June 2022 as part of Colloquium 2022, Institute Innovation Council (IIC) in association with Corporate Institute Relationship Cell of Agnel Institute of Technology and Design organized a Panel discussion on the theme “Paradigm Shift in Recruitment Process” with a focus on startups and new entrepreneurial ventures. The Panelists were Mr. Nitin Kamat from Helmerich and Payne, Mr. Gaurav Ghelani from TCS, Mrs. Jyothi Shet from Remote Software Solutions, Mr. Anay Kamat from Srijan Technologies, Mr. Vishal Desai Founder-Dapper Drive, Mrs. Joann Fernandes Co-founder Spintly and Mr. Siddesh Prabhudesai, Sigma Laboratries with Mr. Harish S. Sinai Velingkar as the Moderator. Panel comprised of HR from different companies/startups and some founders/co-founders of startups. Discussion was mainly on different recruitment practices that startups & companies follow and how students could prepare for the same. Valuable tips were given to the 3rd year student audience by the panel members.
