The Women’s Cell at Agnel Institute of Technology and Design celebrated the Women’s day on 8th March 2022. The event was held online from 2p.m. to 4p.m.
Two webinars were organised for the girl students and the lady staff of the institute. The topic of the first webinar was “Decoding women health with the wisdom of Ayurveda”. The speaker namely, Dr. Sneha Bhagwat, Bachelor in Ayurvedic medicine and Surgery, President at Goa Ayurvedic Medicine Council briefed the students on the various stages of hormonal changes in the human body and how to tackle the issues that arise with their growing age. She even suggested the various yogasanas to be performed and the remedies to be followed during their menstrual period. The topic of the second webinar was “Success tips to Young and Aspiring Entrepreneur’s”. The speaker namely Mrs. Urvashi Gohil, Founder of Intelligent Ideas, Goa suggested the tips to be followed in college life that will help the students to become successful entrepreneur in their future. She even guided the students on how to start with small scale business. And that the students should aim to achieve their goals by coming out of their home shell and explore the things present in their neighborhood as well.
