Farewell for Final Year Computer Engineering students (Batch 2017-2021) of Agnel Institute of Technology and Design was held on Friday, 3rd September 2021.
The farewell programme which was conducted in online mode through Google meet at 2.00 pm with Prof. Ashish Narvekar providing the welcome note.
Fr. Agnelo Gomes, Fr. Isaac Fernandes, and Principal Dr. V.Mariappan congratulated and offered their best wishes to all the students to achieve all the success in their future.
This was followed by Prof. Snehal Bhogan, Head of Computer Engineering Department addressing the students in which Ma’am congratulated all the students for their wonderful academic and placement achievements. Ma’am presented a walkthrough of the memories that the students spent at AITD in the past four years. Ma’am also motivated and inspired the students on how to take up and face the new challenges in their personal and professional life. Ma’am assured to students that AITD will be always ready and happy to extend any kind of support and help to our students in near future. Prof. Kedar Sawant also addressed the students by congratulating them for their successful graduation and wished them good luck for future endeavours.
A short beautiful memory-lane video of students was presented which reminded everyone of yesteryears and refreshed their memories spent in AITD is last 4 years.
This was followed by video testimonials by students in which they expressed their experience at AITD.
As part of entertainment program, a small quiz was organized for students in which various general knowledge questions and questions related to their college life were asked.
Thereafter, all the faculties of Computer engineering department shared their experience, congratulated everyone and also wished them good luck for their bright future.
The students expressed gratitude to AITD for organizing such a beautiful online farewell session and also for providing all the support for shaping their career to achieve all the success.
As a memento, all the students were presented with a poster with farewell messages and wishes by all the entire staff along with group photo of their class and of entire batch of 2017-2021, AITD. This was sent to them via email.
The program concluded with vote of thanks presented by Prof. Ashish Narvekar. The event was coordinated by Prof. Ashish Narvekar and Prof. Diksha Prabhu.
