The Department offers a myriad of courses that emphasizes on the core concepts of Computer Engineering, treating today’s systems as current examples of the underlying concepts.

The Department of Computer  Engineering was established in 2012, with the objective of imparting quality education in the field of Computer  Engineering. With rapidly evolving technology and the continuous need for innovation, the Department has always produced quality professionals, holding important positions in Information Technology and other Industries in India and abroad. Our alumni have moved on to a wide range of careers that include software development, software testing, artificial intelligence, and other technical computing professions. Many of our alumni are now pursuing higher studies abroad in the field of business management and computer science. We also conduct various entrepreneurship training programmes to motivate students to pursue entrepreneurship and many have followed this path.

The Department has around 240 students, 12 teaching staff members and 5 technical staff members who enlighten students to instill in themselves a deep self-learning. The students are not only trained in attaining academic excellence but are also encouraged to acquire industry exposure through industrial visits, corporate talks, workshops & projects .The department conducts various internship programs and focuses on ‘industry-oriented’ practicals in its     ‘state-of-art’ laboratories to enable a smooth transition from an academic to professional working environment.
