She has 3 years of industry experience & 7 years of teaching experience. She holds a research degree in M.Phil (Management) from Goa University. She completed her Graduation in B.Com from St. Xavier’s College and Post-Graduation in MBA from Pune University. She also has an Executive-PGDM from Goa Institute of Management (GIM) with a specialization in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior. Presently she is pursuing her Ph.D. in Management from Goa Business School at Goa University.
