Department of Management Studies, AITD organised an online session on “Career Counselling” on 23rd April 2024. The guest speaker was Dr. Mohan Parthasarathy’s. The session was attended by MBA students.
Dr. Parthasarathy emphasized the significance of pursuing an MBA and its potential to open doors to diverse career opportunities. Students were encouraged to conduct a thorough self- analysis to identify their strengths and interests. Understanding personal inclinations is crucial in choosing the right specialization. It was stressed that pursuing a specialization aligned with one’s passion and interest often leads to greater satisfaction and success in the long run. The core mantra reiterated to management students was to prioritize learning over immediate monetary gains, as competence and expertise eventually attract financial rewards.
