Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering, Agnel Institute of Technology and Design, Assagao in association with SENCES and Maven Silicon conducted webinar sessions on SoC Design and Verification.
An exclusive webinar session on “SoC Design and Verification ” was conducted for the ECE final year engineering students of AITD, on 26th March 2021 and also webinar session on “System On Chip Design” was held for ECE Third year students of Agnel Institute of Technology and Design, Assagao on 27th March 2021. The sessions were delivered by Mr. Sivakumar P R, Founder and CEO of Maven Silicon.
These webinars were aimed at creating awareness among students regarding job opportunities in System on Chip Design and VLSI Industry trends. Mr. Sivakumar P R enlighted the participants with the career perspective and growth in semiconductor industry, trends in VLSI industry and the technical knowledge required. Session also threw light on basic steps in chip design, ASIC design, chip to SoC, Smartphone SoC design and verification methodologies. The sessions were coordinated by Mr.Mrunal Sawant And Ms.Pramila Volvoikar , Assistant Professor ,AITD-Goa.
